The Las Vegas Strip is an approximately 4.4 mile (6.8 km) stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard South. The trip down the strip is an exhilarating experience starting at the world famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign, where a welcoming picture is a must, and extending north to Fremont Street Experience, where you will be entertained by the radiance of the light show. In between you will cruise in our luxurious limos past the Mandalay Bay with its genuine gold leaf incorporated windows. You will then pass the most recognizable hotel on the strip the Luxor, with its pyramid design.
The Luxor Sky Beam is the strongest beam of light in the world and is an FAA designated navigational landmark for aviators.
On your left Excalibur hotel and casino is situated with a castle representing an Arthurian theme. On the right the freshly renovated Tropicana Hotel and Casino with a south beach style theme occupies the area. Further on the right a bronze statue of MGM’s Leo the Lion sits welcoming you to the City of Entertainment and New York New York’s Statue of liberty standing tall and proud on the left. Just past the NY NY lies the French themed Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, a recipient of an AAA-Four-Diamond rating. On the left you will see CityCenter, the urban complex consisting of The Aria Resort & Casino,Crystals, the Harmon Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, Vdara, and Veer Towers. Ice and Water features are incorporated throughout the area that is worth reveling at.
On the right sits the “Hollywood Hip” Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino all decked out in jumbo screens and the Paris Las Vegas with its replicaEiffelTowerstanding tall but still about half the size of the actual tower. As you proceed you will see Bally’s Hotel and Casino with its covered moving sidewalk enclosed in changing neon lighting structures. Finally, on the left lies the widely acclaimed Bellagio Hotel and Casino with its dancing water fountains to synchronized music.
Captivated by the view, and all relaxed in your limo just as you pull yourself together there appears Cesar’s Palace evoking royalty with Roman landscapes and water fountains. On the right is the Flamingo Las Vegas home to a wildlife habitat housing flamingos. The Quad, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Casino Royale precede Flamingo on the right. The erupting volcano at the Mirage Hotel and Casino catches your eyes as you continue your journey.
As your limo approaches The Venetian with the windows down you get an earful of the singing gondoliers and enjoy the breathtaking view of the replica tower of St Mark’s Campanile and fancy the costumed opera singers, dancers, and stilt walkers. You also notice The Venetian’s sister tower The Palazzo. You are engrossed with the singing, dancing and audio-visual effects at The Sirens of TI show at the Treasure Island. On the left you will encounter the luscious greenery and see a forest-like view of the Wynn Las Vegas and its counterpart the Encore Las Vegas, alluring you to go in and view the curtain waterfall and the show that you can hear from the exterior.
The cylindrical design at the Riviera Hotel and Casino is something to revel at and Adventuredome indoor amusement park at Circus Circus grabs your attention with its pink tinted glass dome. Finally on the left lies the tallest structure in Las Vegas, The Stratosphere, as you look up at this breathtaking structure you can’t wait to get to the observation tower to get a panoramic view of the Las Vegas Strip. You are overcome with fear as you spot the thrill rides at the top of the 1,149 foot tower. You feel indulged at the sight of the entire splendor and your tour almost comes to an end as you head towards the Fremont Street.
